My goal was to practice using footage, stock photos and effects in animation. Inspired by the New Year's, I chose to work with my illustration of one of the traditional (in my country) dishes for this holiday, Dressed Herring
Wanted it to look festive, so I added confetti and some glow. To support the fun, I made the numbers move in a squishy way. I also tried to mimic the vintage style of the animation
